The Rathbone Construction Progress November 2018

Construction is coming along nicely in November.

Phase 1 of the iconic Rathbone is scheduled for completion in mid-January 2019 and will include 32 2-bedroom units. These units range from 733 SF and up and will start at $895 per month with washers & dryers and free High Speed Internet included.

The majestic and iconic Rathbone building, at 1320 S.E. 2nd Street, is being brought back to life as Evansville’s first “Smart Apartments”. We are completely redoing and modernizing the interior of the apartments so that you have a first class finish out. No formica countertops here. Instead the Rathbone will feature silestone countertops with undermount sinks, soft close wood cabinets, and luxury plank flooring by Cali Bamboo. Brand new double-hung windows and faux wood blinds insure that the apartments are ready for new residents. New Cat-6 cable is going in throughout the building to provide security cameras for our residents’ safety. This cabling is also providing for the installation of smart locks and wi-fi connectivity throughout the complex. We are ecstatic to see this beautiful icon brought back to life as our cabinets and countertops are in process of being installed.
