COVID-19 Statement From The Rathbone Team

The Rathbone remains open and it’s dedicated staff is on site daily to make sure that our residents and guests are taken care of. As with all businesses we request that visitors and guests be mindful of social distancing practices and limit gatherings in our lovely public areas.

We want you to know that we take the health and well being of our staff, residents and guests very seriously. We have full time cleaning staff on site and we have worked with them to develop specific processes regarding keeping our rooms and common areas clean. They have been taking special care to keep common surfaces wiped down. Unlike other multi-family facilities we have decided to keep our workout areas open, as we realize that now, more than ever our residents and guests need a way to burn off steam. However, we do requests that our residents and guests help us in keeping these surfaces clean by using the provided wipe down towels and spray.

We are working with our cleaning company to get extra hand sanitzer dispensers placed in common areas. Once we can get them in place we encourage their frequent use.

We remain as always dedicated to our community and look forward to getting past these difficult times so that we can celebrate springtime together. We look forward to future summer cookouts and celebrations on the back lawn. Not to mention front porch festival! As we are now seeing in China, this will pass. In the meantime stay safe.
